Enterprise Application Integration: Empowering Enterprise Apps

Enterprise App Development

For every enterprise to become successful, it’s important to make sure that there is a consistent flow of information. That’s why we offer enterprise application integration services at Softobiz. It’s the process of sharing data and workflow among different apps in an organization.

Why do Enterprise apps need integrations?

A consistent flow of information is important to ensure that an enterprise is working efficiently. However, in many enterprises, the workflow is a little messy.

Enterpise-Application-Integration

This often results in the dependency between apps and increased response time. To fix this issue of disorganized information flow and make sure there’s less response time, we use integrations in our enterprise workflow.

What integrations do we use?

1. Apache Kafka

Apache Kafka is a highly scalable and fault tolerant enterprise application integration that works on the PubSub architecture. Inside the enterprise workflow, Apache Kafka acts as an event bus that handles multiple API requests coming from different devices in a serial-wise order. This reduces the load on the server and ensures that the data flows without interruption.

2. Spark Streaming

Spark Streaming is an extension of the core Spark API that allows fast, scalable, and fault-tolerant processing of live data from sources like Kafka. After collecting, Spark Streaming process this data using complex algorithms, and stream it into live dashboards, file systems, and databases.

3. Azure Event Hubs

Azure Event Hubs is a big data streaming platform and event ingestion service which can receive and process millions of events per second. Using this enterprise integration, we can configure Kafka to directly maintain Kafka Clusters rather than running and managing them with other third-party apps.

4. Dell Boomi

This is an on-demand multi-tenant cloud integration platform is used to connect cloud and on-premises apps which connect using a cloud-based process called Atoms. These Atoms are used to transfer data between Cloud and on-premise applications. Some of the reasons Dell Boomi is widely used in organizations is because of the features like a crowd testing option called Boomi Assure and a bulk copy feature that allows organizations to add and manage a large amount of information into a database. Also, the utility is supported by a wide range of enterprise products including Hadoop HDFS.
