Softobiz built HealthOS, a scalable multi-tenant telehealth platform for Eden Health, managing the full patient lifecycle: intake, consultation, pharmacy fulfilment, and subscription billing, across multiple white-label stores from one codebase.
The central challenge was 'Code Red': migrating roughly 190,000 consultations and 434,000 orders out of an incompatible legacy schema with zero patient-facing downtime.
